From A-listers who resort to baby foods to divas who sniff grapefruit — here are some celeb-tried get-skinny schemes that you should probably stay away from.
1. Adriana Lima — Liquid Only Diet
You may want her body but you sure don't want her diet! The Victoria Secret's angel has been criticised for her gruelling liquids-only diet. The supermodel restricts herself to solely protein shake concoctions, 9 days before fashion shows and 12 hours before showtime, she cut herself off from liquids too.
Should you try it? Heck, no. You don't have an international ramp to walk on. Besides, Lima workouts 365 days a year - and that has a lot to do with her enviable body.

2. Reese Witherspoon — Baby Food Diet
Hollywood A-listers Reese Witherspoon, Jennifer Aniston and Gwenyth Paltrow have all reportedly tried this infamous diet that involves eating 14 jars of mushed-up baby food — with the option of adding in one actual low-calorie meal, each day.
Should you try it? Not really. While you might get away with eating 14 jars of mashed fruits - the one meal you'll consume would probably be deep fried chicken with a side of fries.

Should you try it? No way. Remember your mum told you eating clay will give you stomach aches? Besides, there is no scientific proof to back Woodley's strange habit.
