Regular nail art is SO 2015. Thanks to Australian artist Roz Borg you can now grow tiny succulents on your nails. Yes, we said grow! This is not nail art; this is straight up gardening happening on your nail beds.

“I had been making real succulent jewellery and wanted to use the same application on something I had never seen baby succulents used on before,” Borg told The Huffington Post “I Googled it and didn’t get any hits on anything, so I went for it.” And so the craziest nail trend was born.

Roz further explained that she takes baby succulents and sticks them on false nails using Oasis glue - a floral adhesive. She then sticks the false nails on her real nails and voila - you have 10 tiny gardens on your nails!

It takes over an hour per hand to achieve succulent nails, but the results are jaw-dropping. This trend, however, is not a practical one. We can't imagine going to office with these nails and not getting the side eye. However, there is an upside to the green manicure - you don't have to worry about the baby succulents dying when the oasis glue releases - you can simply plant them and they will continue to grow.

You tell us - eco-friendly nails... yay or nay?
