Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas officially announced their engagement with a series of intimate photos from their traditional engagement ceremony in Mumbai. The actress posted a picture on Instagram with the caption “Taken, with all my heart and soul” –displaying her gorgeous diamond ring. Jonas shared the same image as his fiancé, and wrote “Future Mrs. Jonas. My heart. My love.”
The couple participated in a traditional roka ceremony, which is a pre-wedding ritual in which both families gather and exchange gifts, whilst the couple confirm their decision to marry. Priyanka, Nick and their families gave us a glimpse into the special occasion, sharing some stunning pictures of the celebrations. Chopra captioned the moment with this statement: “The only way to do this... with Family and God. Thank you all for your wishes and blessings.”
