Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince announced that wearing an abaya or hijab is a women’s choice, as the laws of Sharia stipulate women to dress respectfully but do not specify a black abaya or a black head cover. Therefore a woman can decide “what type of decent and respectful attire she chooses to wear."
