Kylie Jenner, 19-year-old reality star, is reportedly renting out a $35 million estate in Beverly Hills for $135,000 a month while she renovates the $12 million Hidden Hill house she bought in 2016. According to TMZ, Jenner is splashing out a whopping $135,000 a month to crash at the five-bedroom, seven-and-a-half-bathroom home.

Spanning nearly 10,000 square feet, the massive residence that has 5 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms, boasts a professional chef’s kitchen with breakfast nook, formal dining room, library with its own bar, big-screen home theatre and a 300-bottle climate-controlled wine cellar, an expansive pool and spa, outdoor kitchen and fireplace, a veranda, mini golf course, professional tennis court and a personal vineyard - cause, why not?
