There are plenty of hotels to choose from in Paphos depending on your budget. Just make sure that wherever you choose you are close to all amenities or at least on a good bus route as many hotels are quite isolated. Avoid any that are in the Tombs of the Kings area as there are extensive roadworks in progress. Good public bus service to Limassol and Nicosia if you want a day out.

I can't remember what they were know, but Al Arabi Travel gave me 3 very reasonable hotels to choose from at the beginning of the year, worth speaking to Sarah - HTH

Take a look at Columbia Beach Resort website, own beach plus lovely gardens, pool area and great spa. It's in Pissouri which has loads of cafes and tavernas, and it's halfway between Limassol and Paphos if you want to do some sightseeing, This looks a beautiful place, such a shame that it is not quite in my price category at the moment :cry:

I'm planning a long weekend in Cyprus with my bestie in September. It will be my first trip ever without the kids so would like to make it a very enjoyable holiday. Any recommendations would be appreciated.
