Muscat - Marina near the fisheries place for camping

there is a marina just outside of muscat where i have camped a couple of time. i think it is called muscat city municipal marina or something similar.
heading from Muttrah it is in the bay before the big Bandar Rowdah marina / fisheries place.
Anyone know it, have a contact number or know if they still allow camping on their beach?
