Need some advice from Brisbane ladies - does anyone know what is the maximum commission a rental agent can charge in Brisbane for commercial properties? Tried to look online but only found for residential properties. Our agent has charged us 10%, which I think is too high, but need to be sure of what the law states before I complain.
