My 15mth old has gradually been developing eczema again all over her trunk since we returned to Dubai in the NY. She also had it up to 4mths when we we last living here, but once we returned to the UK it disappeared! Her formula is the same, non-bio washing gel, same bath soap, I've even tried not bathing her incase it's the water. Has anyone else experienced this and have any suggestions to what it might be?
