Where to check muscle/fat composition? I have been on a life-style change for 2 weeks, with a food diary, high protein meals, and 2 hours of exercise (burning 600 - 1000 calories a day- per my Polar watch) a day for 4-5 days a week and sleeping early by 10 pm (up at 6 to go to work) i started off weighing 66 kgs (im 163 cms tall), and went down to 63 Kgs, then suddenly back up to 64. I am still happy for the 2 kilos loss, and i think if i lose a kilo a week then i am on the right track..... i am worried why i put on a kilo and want to know if my muscle mass has increased. Does anyone know where i can get this checked out without paying an arm and a leg? I would like to do that weekly. Usually thats what happens when u exercise, im sure u r building on muscle and your weight will be stable for a bit. I checked mine in fitness first, when u go there, they will give you 3 pass tickets for free, and thats when you can do it, they've got special machine and will write you down all the details :)

When we were in Capetown we got into Muesli tartlets with fruit and natural yoghurt and honey. Tried it when we got home and hubby loves it....simply take a serving of muesli/granola and mix with an egg then bake in the oven for 10/15 mins (until lightly browned and crispy) then serve with freshly chopped fruit plus natural yoghurt and honey. Yum! You can either make one large tartlet or a few of smaller ones in a muffin tin. We also love oats with fresh apple and cinammon or fresh berries and goji berries. I also love it with prunes (tinned) and then i pour the prune juice over the oats to sweeten. Enjoy :) Thank you very much :) sounds yummy :) will do so...

there is sand parking right opposite to Bagel's place, instead of taking marina walk turn you need to take a second right after it, roundabout left and drive untill u see sand parking on ur right, its free and it takes just 3 minutes walking to dubai marina walk.

There was an advert in 7 days this morning for a company called British Budget removals Dubai. British person answering the phone, coming out to do a quote. local moves only. it says [email protected] ( I don't know or work for them) I am also needing a removals for the end of July, tried to contact these and no joy. The email came back and their website (found it on yellow pages) did not seem to exist anymore! it was too late to call them so don't know about their telephone number. Been moving with this BBR company, was really happy, and the guy who does surveys is nice and responsible. Just email him on: [email protected] I guess you got their contacts wrong.
