I had the same Classinil, Please don't worry. I have had countless test the past year as I was concerned regarding my cycle and how the flow is different each month. However, what was explained to me in no uncertain terms that we cannot expect our cycle to not change. It will vary depending on your weight , your stress levels and hormone balance. Which you are probably aware of, but I was the same as you ... worrying over what if they haven't discovered an issue? This thought scared me so much. Treat your self well, know that your have done your part in keeping healthy and had regular check ups. Don't be afraid of a little change and expect your cycle to become heavier with age. Just try and add more exercise to your week, if you don't do it already. Take care and don't worry :)

I stood at the top of the Oman Grand Canyon last weekend and stood in awe of the majestic view. It certainly was a show stopper. My only regret was that my two oldest children were not there with us to enjoy the sight and wonderment we felt, but our youngest was. I had a sense of belonging when I was up there, just like I do when I come home every night after work, to my Hubby and my Son. Home to me is not a location, its not bricks and mortar. To me its a sense of being understood, not having to impress, not having to put on a show, being accepted, its just being quirky little old me, any where in the world and feeling OK with that .

I'm a very happy parent from Safa private and due to the family moving we are now at Safa Community School. With out hesitation I can honestly say the warm helpfulness of the staff, the bonus of not having to move my children form one school to another due to the Safa Community School, Secondary, growing and the in-depth lengths that all the staff go too , in order to make sure you are happy and the children are happy, is in my opinion, outstanding!!!!! I agree with the other ladies too... I cant see many people giving you a negative opinion of the school their children attend, but hopefully all the opinions you receive are constructive.:)

Safa Community School also British Curriculum and is a lovely place to be. We went through a similar situation with our child, however I do feel we made the right choice . There are so many to choose from... good luck

Just had mine redone at Chi Nail Spa, Motorcity - no charge for removal. Plus if I'm honest, the way their technicians apply it, it seems to last a lot longer than other places I've had it done. I second Chi Nails.... Absolutely lovely girls and the French Bio gel is great . They didn't charge me for taking gel off last time. ;)

Safa Community school is a community based school. Lots of people who are local , yet from a great deal of different nationalties are attending there. My son loves it and he went to Safa Private, but we moved and now he has friends who are local to us and who attend the same school. The schools continuing fresh, friendly feel greets you as soon as you go through the gates. We truly do love SCS. The Teachers, Head teacher and the new Prinicpal will go out of their way to make all feel welcome and dont make us feel like a number or a statistic in a business. Good luck with your choice.:)

We have Nissan Partol and Toyota land cruiser. Both are superb . Patrol has been up a few dunes too.... Excellent cars. Although I will say in the patrol, I think the interior is a tad dated! Hubby doesn't care to much about that though !

Safa community school still has availability for year 1. This school is brand new and is based on Uum Sequim , next to miracle gardens, which is not too much of a lengthy journey, traffic allowing. Look on their web site www. Safacommunityschooldubai.com

always used Dragon mart cheap ... I used Dragon Mart as well- very cheap and they look wonderful. Still get compliments. It was simple- just picked out the design and fabric, the man working there came to measure, we drove him back, and by the end of the week it was finished for 3 rooms! However, I went back end of last year and the prices have more than doubled ! Where about or names for Dragon mart please ladies ? As we went there this week end and were over whelmed with fabric shops, but many didn't seem to be quite good quality..... So recommendation for a blind maker, that's reasonably priced please , if you can , of course? Ta :)

Well done you for working through your depressions and getting to a healthier you. I know exactly how you feel. I was to in a very similar situation. I didn't notice that others were taking pictures of me and laughing at them, until I seen it one day on Facebook. It hurt so much. I was a size 16 ...wasn't huge but big enough to be made fun of. Yet I thought , hold on I can fix my weight problem, but how do I approach the female whose making fun of me??? It t bothered me for a while, I never looked at her the same way, as I saw her originally. I began to see others changed when I took control. And began to loose weight. They kept passing judgement, like I needed their judgement!!! I never confronted her, I just smiled when she would compliment me, sucked it all up and thought, to myself ... She was quite pathetic and shallow . Why say any thing about weight, wether it's good or bad? Why not just say hi? Unfortunately these people will always be around, some where lurking... I have just realised it's up to me on how I choose to SEE them. Chin up lovely and cut her out your life:) it sounds like the comment was the factor that made you lose weight? if this is the case, was it not a positive that teh women made a comment? Yes your right.. It was the reason, very nice way of looking at it. Thank you.

Due to child not being in Uk, father does not have to support the child, financially . This is due to Tax implications . I am going through some thing very similar situation. Unfortunately, can not give you the correct terminology . All I know is if father is on child's birth certificate, and child is residing within the uk, father has to aid financially in the up keep of that child. Apologies if this is not enough

Hi all, I will be going to the doctor to ask about this but was wondering if anyone had felt the same. I have a slight stabbing pain on the inside of my breast exactly where the underwire would poke into. Have you ever slept with your bra on and woken up with the pain of the underwire poking into you? I have that exact pain but when I'm [b'>not[/b'> wearing a bra. It comes in the morning when I have just woken up, doesn't hurt when I touch or poke it, the pain is just inside, then goes away for a few days and comes back again. It's very strange, it feels like some sort of 'phantom' pain because the last time I slept with a bra on was about a decade ago! Anyhow, if anyone has felt the same or similar please let me know so I can discuss with you if you don't mind :) I had this recently and after thorough examination and a lot of worrying , I was informed that it was a cyst. Was advised to take pain relief, this is all after I had it checked over by professional, of course.

Dont give in to peer pressure! If you are not ready just wait. Next time your boss mentions something just tell him if he gives you a big raise in your salary then maybe you can afford to have kids! ;) I agree with this ... And then tell him to do what you do and "exercise a bit of restraint" ! The muppet...... Take your time, Good luck :)

Lulu's Al Barsha does it ... Loads of cake stuff in there. I think that will be vanilla essence, which isn't quite the same as the extract, which has alcohol in it. Ahhhh .... Righto ... Will look out for some for you x

So gullible !!!:( I believe everything on here .... And why not? Don't understand the point behind coming up with a soap opera, bring others into it, to discover my concerns and well wishes were wasted! Hmmmmm.... Told my mother in law about it over skype the lot!
