Me and my husband just bought a 3 bed townhouse in Al Furjan, and will be moving in early May.
I would love to know if you can share any tips you would have for me before moving in? Anything i should be concerned with in particular , i heard there are a few minor issues with the kitchen cabinet layout, and something to do with the electricity load in the kitchen, (from what i hear those townhouses are configured in a way that they can't handle an electrical hob)
I would also love to know your opinion on the most important things to fix with a villa before moving in, as this will be the first time we live in a villa in Dubai. (Wall painting, deep cleaning, fumigation ?)
