Can we make gluten free foods at home? I haven't tried it yet, that's why. Does it tastes like the original version itself? Are you saying like everyday foods? Or baking goods? There are ready made gluten free foods that can be bought in store. But if you are trying to make it at home, you just need to swap ingredients that are gluten free like for flours example, instead of using the all purpose, whole wheat flour, you can use quinoa, coconut or almond flour. I use these flours for baking cupcakes and making bread. I'd say they pretty much taste the same compared to the original recipe. I made alot of alterations with my food as I am trying to live a clean healthy lifestyle. I don't use butter when baking, I used banana or applesauce instead and a list goes on.

For the mug cake: 1 scoop Whey Chocolate Protein powder or 2 tbsp almond or oat flour then add 2tsp cacao powder for chocolate flavor 1 egg white 1 tsp baking powder 2 tsp coconut flour (this is very important for texture) 3-4 tbsp water or milk of choice Mix altogether in a mug, put in the microwave for 45 secs or more, depends on your microwave just as long as it doesn't overflow. Then top with fruit of your choice and any nut butter. I always topped mine with peanut butter and coconut oil combo, heated in the microwave. Less than 200 calories for a cake and very healthy. :) Thank you so much.its soo nicfe. i should try but i would like to ask which whey protein you use and the brand? i need to include in my diet as i started my excersise and heard it good .How do u use it daily I use Bluebonnet Whey Protein Isolates available here in Dubai. It's gluten free and 100% natural. You should definitely incorporate whey protein in your diet especially after you workout for muscle recovery.

Thank you will try definetly.is the other receipe mud cake? No it is a mug cake. You cook it in a mug in the microwave for less than a minute with only 5 ingredients. :) I do it everytime I crave for a cake and don't want to consume too much calories.

I ordered twice from Lululemon online store. $30 flat rate shipping fee to UAE. The second time I ordered, I had to pay Dhs250 for customs as my stuff reached over 300$. OH no, mine was around that cost!! EEK. How long did it take to arrive to you? As I am sure you all know, if someone sends you a gift, and it says gift on the label, you don't pay customs, no matter the price of the item ... Oh! I didn't know that! LOL. Thanks for the tip Quinn! :)

Hi, Jemi! I am a Filipina and I find it interesting you are writing a book about my country. But I wonder why you choose Philippines rather than your own? I take it you are not from there as you are doing research. I don't want to assume that just because your plot or story revolves around a poor family that you prefer Philippines. I mean its a wonderful idea that someone is interested writing about my country. It will help other people get a better grasp how beautiful our country, culture and people is. Unlike how Dan Brown actually describes Manila as "gates of ****" and some of my british friends who think it is very dangerous to visit Manila.

Hi OP. I was once in a long distance relationship with my boyfriend of 5 years. Things got complicated when I found our relationship boring and stuck in the same place. Unlike you I never let myself go out and socialize. I locked myself in my apartment to avoid temptations and the like. We made plans for our future, like getting married, where to live, etc. I am working now by the way and he's back home taking his Masters degree. Before I came here we both decided he will follow me but plans changed after sometime and he decided that he'll stay in our home country instead of coming here. For two years we have constant communication through skype but we never really talk. I found out he kept some things from me and he's kind of lying to me sometimes. I, too, kept some things from him which I never did in the past when we're together physically. We are too careful of hurting each other that we tend to keep things to avoid arguments/conflicts that will add stress to the distance. I finally realized the relationship isn't worth fighting for anymore when I no longer feel that I am happy with the situation. I thought about it for a month. He gave me a promise ring which makes me think twice before breaking up with him. He is my "the one". But it doesn't seem right anymore. I am not happy and the relationship feels like a burden to me. Until one day I finally told him and I feel free and alive again. It's like a heavy weight has been lifted off my shoulders. That's when I knew I did the right thing. Yes, 5 years is still 5 years but apparently our relationship is just history being written. OP, just follow your heart. Do whatever that makes you happy. Nothing is worth it if you aren't happy. But break it off first before you gone astray from your relationship with your boyfriend. That way you won't feel guilty by being unfaithful. Make it an amicable break up as possible. One more thing, respect yourself enough to walk away from anything that no longer serves you, grows you or makes you happy. :-)

Hi Ladies, Well although Ive lost the baby weight, I still have the baby belly! Any ideas of classes or certain exercises that will help tone it or at least try to get rid of that lovely marshmallow effect? :) Im sure hours of abs exercises will do it but I dont think thats realistic lol! Any class recommendations maybe? TIA! They said abs are made in the kitchen, clean eating is the key and core workouts. :)

Even if the doors opened at 5pm, some fanatics may be in line as early as possible just so they can have a good spot. We'll never know. It's better to get there early but you have to wait in line til the door opens. I'm not sure if it's allowed to bring a chair inside since the guards will check all your belongings. I haven't seen anyone brought a chair before. Maybe the bleachers on the side will be open for seating. It really depends on the organizers and the venue. Usually concerts like this finish at 12 midnight tops.

We always go there every Friday since you can try all the 3 restaurants, I don't know about Thursday night tho. We always sit in the Bamboo Lagoon since there's a band playing and dancing. Then we'll just visit the other 2 restaurants. Food was lovely. Different stations with loads of food to choose from. There's arabic, indian, mediterrenian, chinese, japanese, italian, and loads of seafood. You won't regret it. We always have a fantastic time when we go there. You should call for reservation tho so you can secure a seat especially on Fridays. Even if the seats are full, they are not too crowded and they always replenish the food.

I checked Carrefour and found none. Also, is there any [b'>peanut butter powder[/b'> available here? TIA! :) When you grind peanuts, you get powder (flour). Continue grinding the flour and you get butter. You can't go from from butter to powder. Oops, sorry I meant powdered peanut butter or PB2. The ones you mix in your shake for post workout meal or for breakfast.
