I'm facing the same dilemma but with a slightly different situation. I work full time but my kids are grown up and do not need a baby sitter. Our maid is fantastic and my house is antiseptically clean, but....I want my house back and my privacy!! She recently went on holiday and I realised we can manage with a part time agency maid, saving ourselves visa fees, flights and holiday pay etc... But....how to tell her!! Actually she will probably be relieved. Good luck with your decision, I'd go for the privacy myself and part time agency if it gets too much. I had a great maid and let her go for the same reason and had a part time maid to help. Never regretted it as we had privacy and was better than having a maid sit around with not much to do. Now however, I am working and really need full time help but don't have one Looking for the right one! <em>edited by akh on 30/04/2013</em>
