A Burqini is not something anyone NEEDS to wear in Dubai - It is a matter of choice. Dubai is fairly liberal about attire.
Pardon my ignorance, why would anyone choose to wear a burqini? Is it because of lewd looks from male admirers or self body issues? If it's culturally necessary I'm okay with that. But if it's not necessary, I don't understand. I understand not running around in a string bikini with thong, but surely a subdued one piece should suffice?
We are in the process of moving to Dubai, my husband should be there in 2 months, and my kids and I by New Years. Is a burquini something I NEED to wear? My hubby's company never mentioned anything about this. How about my 6 year old daughter?
I am from Vancouver and have never been to Winnipeg, but it definitely would not be my first choice of cities to live in (or second, or third...). The winters are long and cold, lots of snow, and the summers are hot, with lots of Mosquitos.
I can't speak to the other aspects of Winnipeg, but I thought I would throw in my 2 cents.
Good luck with your decision!
