Your list contains more then enough. By the rools she has to have a safety place to sleep, water, no harmful stuff around. Minimum: the bathroom with toilet, bed and the wardrobe. So, your list already contains extra comforting things.
I would add all the things for shower, like a shampoo, soup, deoroll, etc...
