Good day everyone! I wanted to ask if there's any specific law that states who are allowed to give birth here in UAE (especially expats and non muslim - if it matters). I saw that every experience was different but at least it would be truly helpful to have a legal basis to avoid some issues in the future. In my case, my expected date of delivery is this coming august and wanted to give birth here in dubai, however, our marriage contract was only registered last month, February, because my husband is a foreigner and there were some requirements in the Philippines that we had to comply which caused the late registration. I would truly appreciate the advice.Thanks!
