Surely the hot tank wouldnt be on the roof? It's usually in the ceiling space. i exactly don't know the location but i know it is on top of the building.

Well done everyone....i am starting on Tues......(for the millionth time :D ) have a dinner out tonight so there is no point starting today..... that happens with my DH :) he keeps fast for one day in week...so offcourse he has to eat one day before and after that...rest all days one excuse or other is ready for not having soup and salad for dinner :) and he says why my stomach is still bulging!

In 3 days wow well done. The hunger isn't too bad its just the lack of sugar thats a killer! Was hoping to feel all rejuvenated and energised eating healthy but I spent most of the week moody and lethargic. Lets hope this week is better. sugar is a killer for me too. if ii don't consume sugar at all i am unable to get up off the bed! i become like a zombie without any feelings in my legs and hand. and the worst part is i had insulin resistance some months back so need to keep a lid on. currently there is no cookie or chocs or anything in my house, if somebody is coming over i bring small packets from downstairs so i don't succumb to craving :D guess my body is made that way...

i have the same problem and the water heater is closed months before. still hot water is pouring from taps even if i keep it towards cold panel. Your water tank must be on the roof then, is it? yeah it is.. :(

Mmm I don’t want to get the guys in trouble ..... I will try to give you directions in code. If you park in the section that sounds like tangerine, if the tangerine shop is directly in front of you, you need to turn left, carry on walking until you see a gap in the shops on your right. The secret shop is at the back of there in an apartment on the opposite side of the road. I just asked one of the guys to take me to the apartment. You will know if you’re in the right place as the apartment shop is really nice and they’re only selling LV and Hermes. oops :) and i am terrible with puzzles. would try to crack it. :)

i have been a victim of overpricing recently due to which my limit was exhausted and for emergency procedure we had to pay! although in my case it was dubai mall medical centre. they charged 3x the price for a test and i had to have it for every 48 hrs for few days! i am never getting tests done there again!

i am in the same situation like you ...struggling to lose the last few kgs post delivery.Like abby_n_christina said , i have already bought a tights to wear under normal swim suit .I am in oud metha so can join you for swimming classes in al naser .But i work , so do you have any idea if they have classes during weekends or in the evenings. they do have classes...or i will confirm it whenever i'll go there and do let u know.

ok..so tankini for me is also out of question.your suggestion is very good abby. i'll look for one peice and shorts with it.there was some range in matalan with tummy tuck :) (oh God why we always go for holiday at the time of year when i am fat :( ) JS i have to still zeroin, have 2 places in mind. either al naser club near chi or in ramada in bur dubai.

hi everybody! finally i have developed the courage to go and learn swimming. but another problem is of buying a proper swim wear. i have googled alot and according to my body type i should buy shorts and a tankini ( what is the appropriate swim wear for people with thunder legs :) ) where to get that here? i have not seen any shorts so far.should i go for shorts or something else? i would really be embarassed with with all the weight i have put on :( . i am getting sceptical and think that i should loose some weight first then go for swimming. i know swimming is a good exercise but... i went to one shop in mercato and it was for 1200 aed!! don't want to spend so much.

I had really bad sciatica pain with my first pregnancy and started to get the same with my second. Bought a pair of Birkenstocks and it was bliss - no pain! do birkenstocks help wth sciaitca? then i'l take one for MIL

Quite often. He notices every detail. Eyebrow shape, hairstyle, new top.... Always complimenting! Bless him, I am almost certain he needs his vision checked:cool: edited by Irooni on 22/05/2011 mine doesn't notices a thing :( or if he notices then keep it to himself and when asked then comments or compliments! but at least once daily he says words which i love to listen ;)

Hey JS many congrts on loosing so much weight..3 years ago i also lost 24 kgs and since then i maintained my desired weight of 54 kgs up until now....i had a miscarriage recently so all this has piled wweight on me.. have to loose 9 kgs now.first gain for pregnancy then in order to concieve again i have to loose weight again!! arghh..it seems like a cycle..anyways enough of my ranting :) as for your question i use to feel embarass before but then i started standing at the back of the classes and din't felt bad as i was always busy keeping up.if you feel bad or embarass just look for another lady who is fat in your class.you feel energized and motivated rather then looking at skinny ones :) [bad thnkg i know but it feels fine for me'> keep up the good work and have your desired weight soon..happy dieting <em>edited by manubhadauria on 22/05/2011</em>

as the OP said weight increase is in the air :) i am dying to start exercising but has not got the clearance from doc till now :( arghh!!!! i look like a football. and all the clothes from previous are nt fitting...just living on maxi dresses and long loose skirts :( keep on posting your results...it could be possible that just after reading them i might loose some weight :D

i have already taken 2 steriods. this time i did everything by book -carrying out exercise which physio recommended and not lifting any weights from injured hand, even taking rest if it pains a little :( but from past week my pain is increasing and today there is swelling too. its been 1 year since last steriod. do i have to take steriod every year?? that's not fair! finally my skin clour was back after steriod and now again!! those ladies who have this do you have any relief?? i guess now surgery is left only! i know too many question but i am fed up of this pain...its been 2 long years since any outdoor games :(

I found that occured if I shaved my underarms rather than wax. When I started waxing them, my skin went back to normal. edited b/c i didn't make sense... edited by xmasbaby on 18/05/2011 that what i was told so i started waxing since long but once in a while if in hurry and had to go somewhere shaving is the only option. <em>edited by manubhadauria on 18/05/2011</em>
