I live in Business bay and I find everything with the tower very convenient, its all stated in the contract so u dont have to worry about any hidden expenses, we do pay for chilling but i know there r some towers that chilling is included in the rent. the only problem here is that if u leave away from sheikh zayed road ( and probably thats where u will look coz the rent is cheaper) then u always have to move by car , coz its quite a distance to the metro station and no casual Taxi's pass by here , u have to order one by phone if needed. check business bay the towers near al Khail road, the prices there r much affordable good luck with ur search edited by angel38 on 15/12/2013

Thank you Ladies for ur replies since I am having a baby soon I prefer to have one maid instead of having to teach a different one eac h time when using hourly baby sitters , I mean even if they are well trained each of us has a different way of doing things. The reason i felt its costy is because most mums i met here told me they pay their live in philipina maids around 1000-1400 so even with other expenses I dont think it will be over the 2 K but adding up their rental I guess it will end up to that figure so i guess i will stick to the live out maid option, even if its more costy but I would feel more comfortable with my newborn.
