Hello ladies, Quick question for those who have been to Global Village this season. Had passed a kiosk that does names in wire calligraphy...any idea how much they charge? Thought it would be really neat to ave it for my son's bday party... TIA!

Thank you ladies for your replies. On another note I have a question about the humidifier. We have one at home, but when we rinse it out the night after it is used, the water is a murky brown. Is this normal?

Thank u! Would appreciate any out of the ordinary places you have been to and can recommend. We won't be in the UAE long and so would like to do all we can whilst there is time.

My DH has a ten day break from work. We have nine month old baby. Don't want to get stuck at home or the malls in this lovely weather. Going abroad is not really an option at the moment. Ideas ladies?

Hello, My LO is due in March so I am in full gear getting organised. Was wondering as to what are the baby bath stuff are best for a new born...oil, soap, shampoo and any other. Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated. I heard Extra virgin olive oil is real good. Is this right? Thanks!!

Have a look at the new Quinny Zapp Xtra. We just got that coz it met all the criteria we were looking for- forward and backward facing, 3 step recline, one of the lightest strollers in the market + the maxi cosi car seat fits into it. A brand new one costs around 1200. You get all the extra accessories separately. The base we're planning to get is a Family Fix. It can be used for the 1st 4 years. All the best!

Hello, I am having our first baby soon and I can't seem to plan ahead enough! Want to start a library for LO (am I now going over the bend?)! Wanted ideas and tips to start a collection of books. Got some great ones from the Flea Market this month Some of the books I got I am sure the Lo can't read till he is 6!). Tips, anyone?

There a couple of kinds of adaptors. The one I am looking for has a some metal showing inside the adaptor. If you google Quinny Zapp Stroller Adaptors, you'll know what I mean. I would be more than happy to come by if you think you have the ones I am hunting for. Thanks a million! edited by Ann-3 on 21/11/2011
