You won't need to show the ticket to immig then... no probs, just get a copy of her new visa from her new sponsor and they'll give your desposit back. easy;)
.....so she doesn't need to exit with the new visa....it becomes very complex when it comes to a visa!:-)

To get your deposit back, you will either need to transfer her to another sponsor or put her on a plane to her homw country. Until this is done, she is still your responsibility, cancelled or not. sorry

I understand that she is under my responsibility. She requested to send her to Kish instead of Philipinnes. Apparently this is possible only if she has a new sponsor in UAE and she has.
Do you think that the immigration will accept a ticket to Kish or I'm obliged to give her one to her home country?
