Hi Ladies, i am actually in the same situation as both of you are... Im 7 wks pregnant w/ twins.. Initial findings was it was a MoMo.. I went to Dr. Koster at Koster Clinic... after a loooot of research from the net.. She asked me to wait another 2 weeks and go to Fetal Medicine clinic in DHCC..
As for the insurance thing, Dr. Koster can have the delivery in City Hospital or Welcare.. and is a very knowledgeable and straight forward doctor... I think in Dubai most of the good doctors are not in direct billing :/ most of the clinics they have is a pay and claim...
I read in other threads about Dr. Christian Jozsa- Healthbay Polyclinic, also delivers in City Hospital and Dr. Ibrahim- i think his clinic is in City hospital already...
Try to check these names..

Hi Ladies, I just discovered today that im having twins too! im on my 6th week and went to Dr. Koster... unfortunately, it was not very happy news... she said i might be having MCMA (Monochorionic monoamniotic twin pregnancy).. which she said is at very very high risk pregnancy... she asked to repeat the ultrasound at FMGC in DHCC after 2 weeks... so i got to wait again...
I read a lot about MCMA.. and im really scared to death right now... :'(
This is my 4th child, and the first 3 were all single ones and normal delivery... but I had my last baby like 9 years ago.. so it feels like its my first time again....
I hope to gain some strength in this forum.. any advise/ thoughts would be really appreciated...
