Take it easy at first and start pushing your body to fast longer.
Start fasting 12 hours and eating window is 12 hours; let's say your last meal at 8pm so have your breakfast at 8am.
Then push it to 14 fasting hours and 10 eating window; dinner at 8pm and breakfast at 10am.
You can control your hours according to your convenience really.
if you could manage to push to fasting 18 hours that'd be brilliant! I find it easier to have my last meal of the day by 4pm so I can have my breakfast at 8am.
It's a mental challenge at first after that you'll like it!
