Unless they are employed by an agency they will be illegal. There are companies like Emirates home nursing and Malaak mama and baby care that provide candidates with an education in childcare and extensive experience but they don't come cheap. The best option might be a nursery with a baby room (the ones I have seen usually have 2 ladies for 4-6 babies

Hi, Were you successful in you search for a tutor? I am Head of Learning Support at a top British Curriculum primary school in Dubai and am available to tutor. I only take on one child at a time. The last child I worked with was successful in their application for a leading UK boarding school so left in December. I have extensive experience in KS2 SATS, comprehension, grammar, spelling and writing. How can people get in touch with you. My friend is looking for a tutor.

Try post on any relevant Facebook group ideally with a picture. Also contact binkitty collective and 38smiles, there are several animal rescue groups here. I feel so sad for all the street cats here, we adopted all the cats that came with out villa so we now got 5 living in our garden, it cost a fortune in vet bills and food, so I am so happy to see you taking the time a good family for your foster kitten

Online is a good option. You could also check the 2 costume shops in madina mall, and saw someone mention beach centre (blue building) just past the zoo on beach road there is supposed to be 3 costume shops there. Or make one?

Hi. You can try and join a group on facebook called mary poppins, many find their maids there. You will need to have a reference to post an add on there, but you can always contact sponsors in pm even without

Gorobattie: You are 100% right, and if I hire anyone in the future I am not making same mistake again. We let her get away with it as she improved a tiny bit after a talking to, and as I am always in the house with my kids we thought we could manage it (she was just watching them while I was cooking or taking a shower, but always in a distance so I could still hear them). My kids deserve to be with someone that likes them, smiles at them and doesn't favour one over the other. Not letting this happen again

Thank you ladies, It is difficult to judge the situation when you are standing in it and are furious, but I dont want to pass her on to a new family knowing her true face, so you are right I know what we need to do. To be honest I wanted to report her to the police but she has two children back home and one of them is sick, no matter how much I loathe her and find her a horrible human being those kids do need her to support them financially and she can't do that from jail. She doesn't have access for the house now as I took the keys from her (she still has keys for her room and for the gate) and she handed over her passport, my husband will hopefully come home early to deal with the situation, I wasn't in the mood for taking her to the airport while dragging two young children along (they don't need to be involved in the drama).
