Dear All, A lovely stretch that tones the abdominal section (deeper transversal abdominals) during pregnancy, and soothes the side body. GIve is a try. Come Onto All Fours (Hands Under Shoulders) & (Knees Under Hips. Extend Your Right Leg Out To Your Side, Bring The weight into your left hand and reach your right arm over your head, so you feel a nice sweet release from right hip crease alongside the waistline. Breathe 5 times and repeat on the left side. It feels so good.... especially if you suffer from side body pain! Plus it tones the deep abdominal muscles that have been stretching to make room for baby! Safe during all trimesters of pregnancy. :)

Dear All, Nice to see everyone progressing in their pregnancies :) Just wanted to share there is an Aqua Natal/Yoga Natal class happening this Wednesday Oct 10th at 5pm. Its at the RoccoForte Hotel Mizan spa, supposed to be quiet interesting as a combination of the two- lots of breathing techniques and relaxation too, plus some strength and endurance building. I know they are taking bookings. Should be quiet a nice class... I'm looking forward to it, am now 22 weeks!

I too and having my first baby in Abu Dhabi and at the moment figuring out what hospital is best. Corniche or Al Noor? Anyone have an experience with either? Luckily I have a really good OBGYN - but she recommends Dubai hospitals only, and that seems like quiet an adventure, especially when the actual arrival of the baby isn't always planned with a natural birth. Thanks

I would definitely incorporate some pre natal classes to stay active and be safe while still moving. I know there is a pre natal fusion class coming up in Abu Dhabi on Oct 10th I'll send you details if you are interested.
