Hi Beadzyyy, Firstly, I want to say well done for putting down in words how you feel, and I'm sending you a virtual hug. I'm sorry you are feeling depressed. It is sad that you feel you can't talk to your husband about this, but I wondered if there is anyone else that you feel you could talk to, like a family member or friend who you trust and importantly, would be sympathetic. Have you thought about seeing a doctor? Depression is a very real problem and getting the right sort of help is important. Sometimes just a sympathetic ear, sometimes medication, but talking to a professional is the first step if that is something you feel able to do. Please do not try to struggle through this alone. Debbie x Debbie, thank you so much, that meant alot for me. I have told a family friend in the UK how i felt because she herself if Bipolar. But other than give advice, what can one really do? As for seeing a doctor, i wouldnt know where to begin.. and it also means explaning myself to my husband. Which is then going to make his feel low blame himself. He automatically thinks its because he isnt doing enough for me. But i know its not even related to him. I suppose its not really something that everyone understands unfortunatly.. x

Morning Ladies... i am currently living in Ras Al Khaimah and i think im suffering from depression...i feel like its not something i can discuss with my husband because to him, depression doesnt exist. And "if your smiling, your not depressed". I dont have much time for a social life because of kids and family life. Im begnining to feel trapped, with noone to talk to about it.

True. I'm glad I shared it here. Thinking within the brain and not sharing with anyone, you loose track of what's right and what's wrong. I hope God listens to my prayers.thanks all for helping me out. Hey Shzee, are things better for you yet? I read your post and it just sounded so familiar to my life...
