Thanks for the info Swissroll. At the end of the day it's who you get along with I suppose - it's a tricky decision though! Seems much more straight forward in the UK! Thanks for all your comments.

Congratulations! I have just found out I am pregnant too probably the same amount of weeks as you. I would book an appointment at 8 weeks to confirm your due date. I went to see Dr Nataliya Petrova at The Cooper Clinic on Al Wasl because I wasn't sure how pregnant I was and it was too early to give any exact dates. She was really nice and helpful. It is very expensive to get all your pre-natal care there though so I am either looking at having a mix of seeing her plus a midwife to reduce the cost or I will go to a hospital for a package price (my insurance doesn't cover pregnancy). Good luck and let me know what / who you decide on and if they are good. Hope the sickness stops soon - try ginger tea.

Thank you, I picked Dr Braithwaite out on the American Hospital website as being someone I would definitely consider - that's very helpful thank you. One of my main concerns is the fact I have very fast births ( my daughter was under an hour and I never made it to hospital ). Has anyone else had experience like this?

Thank you for the info. I have heard about Dr Britt too and heard very good things about her. I will try and find out how long she plans to be in Dubai for. I really appreciate the feedback. I am still very early pregnancy so I have some time to decide and research.
