Al Alali white meat tuna in olive oil is super. The Carrefour brand one, Reflets de France, also good. Didn't like Rio Mare. Pan de Mar tuna in olive oil from Organic Foods n Cafe also good. For a real treat, Ortiz tuna in oil from Panini deli/ bakery is amazing (and by weight, good value). Also tried Starkist premium tuna from Safestway, but it's not nearly as yummy as Al Alali. I like tuna which has a mild, buttery taste. Thank you very much for your reply, Abricot! i will try them.

I've always been rubbish at buying them! I'm looking for not too soft not too hard, no feathers, hypoallergenic, yet also the type u can sink your head into and feel like your floating on a cloud. Any suggestions? Going shopping tmrw! :))))) Hi, I am looking for good pillows too. but i do not have time yet to go. Relaxsan (380 Dhs) i liked very much and i found them in American hospital next to the pharmacy, also you will find there Tempur( more expensive) , there are more harder. Go to Hypermarket Panda where is Ikea there good pillows you will find. Have a good choice!

Hey Everyone, I am new to this site, best of luck to everyones who's ttc-ing... and congrats to everyone's who's pregnant.. hope we join you soon :) I know this thread has been inactive for a while but just had a query.. have any of you consulted with Ahmad Fakih, i had a consultation with him on 6th... when i tried to do some research, i found no posts about him and hes not even there in their website... so if anyone can give any info, it would be great! Benz 73, how did your consultation go? Hi, Thank you, It was quit good consultation. I did not ask many questions, because for me this is not new, i had IVF in Germany. so i am going to start in September. :) Hi T85, How are you ? Tomorrow i go to Fakih IVF and thank you for the price list. I would like to know about this clinic more. I hope this is a good one. We are going to do IVF the second time in Fakih IVF. Hi T85, How are you ? Tomorrow i go to Fakih IVF and thank you for the price list. I would like to know about this clinic more. I hope this is a good one. We are going to do IVF the second time in Fakih IVF. The first time was in Germany and failed. Thank you in advance. Hi everyone. Thank you all for your wishes. I thought to provide some information after my experience Regarding the payments, as mentioned earlier I went with Al Fakih Clinic. Our payments were: Initial consultation, ultrasound, SA and blood tests – nearly 3000 Dhs IVF treatment – 28000 Dhs Paid for 1 betaHCG, progesterone and estrogen level test – 600 Dhs 1st ultrasound – 300 Dhs 2nd ultrasound – 500 Dhs (different machine) 3rd ultrasound – 450 Dhs 4th ultrasound – 500 Dhs So in total we paid around 33,000 Dhs to Al Fakih clinic directly We also had to get other medicines estimated cost – 2,000 Dhs •Antibiotics – around 200 (this is an assumption as I lost the receipt) •Progesterone (each pack is 78 dhs and has 15 – 3 a day – for around 13 weeks) so in total require 19 boxes – 1,482 Dhs •Estrogen (each pack is 17 dhs and has 11- 3 a day for around 13 weeks ) – so in total require 26 boxes – 442 Dhs •Aspirin (each pack is 25 dhs - 3 a day) – in total required 1 box – 25Dhs So IVF has cost us an approximate of 35,000 Dhs. This breakdown just so those who are thinking of going through IVF have an idea of the TOTAL cost, a lot of hidden extras. However, I would like everyone to know once I heard the heartbeat for the time I felt nothing can be more valuable in this whole world. I am so thankful that to date everything is going fine ilhamdolilah. I wish all those who have to go through IVF a successful story and that may we all be blessed with healthy children. If anyone would like any other information please feel free to ask on this thread or send me a msg. edited by Benz 73 on 02/08/2013
