bergen, Which HCG drops would you recommend and do you know how much they are. I've only tried the ones I use, the platinum hcg x30 (blue bottle). I chose that one coz it's cheaper than the Biogen one and you do not need to keep it in the fridge after opening it. I think they are around 250 to 300 dhs, cant quite remeber as I bought them a while back.

Bergen, are you feeling very tired eating so little carbo's? Are you exercising at the same time? Where is GNC on SZR exactly? I know I've seen it somewhere but I cannot place it. No, not really as I get carbs in apples, strawberries and a little in the ryvitas. No, I am not exercising at the moment. The GNC is 2 or 3 towers north of 4 point sheraton if that helps.

Bergen, is the one you buy actual HCG? No, its the non hormone one. Amino acids instead i think...

I buy mine at GNC on ZSR. I use the 30x platinum (blue bottle), but they sell other brands there. I've been on it for two weeks and I have lost 13,2lbs or 6kgs. So it is working for me. What i typically eat during the day: Breakfast: 1 Ryvita with 2 eggs (fried, scrambled, hards boled), or salmon, or cheese. With some greens on the side ( slices of pepper, tomatoes or cucumber etc) Lunch: same as above or a small green salad with some veggies and protein Dinner: 1 piece of fish (salmon, cod, tuna etc) or beef, mince, chicken with salad or boiled veggies Snakcks in between: 1 apple, some strawbwrries, some cheese, walnuts I drink at least 2 litres a day (1.5 liter water bottle + 3 large cups of green tea and some coffee) The trick is to avoid all sugar and wheat! And potatoes and bananas. Anything strachy and sugry. I do not follow the suggested food list as i include cheese, olive oil, eggs, salmon and wine. This has not impacted ny weight loss at all. But everyones body chemistry is different, i would suggest trying various things to see what works and what doesent. Hope this helps!

Hello, I am flying to singapore at the end of feb on the 380, but i am slightly confused as to what terminal to check in from. Do I go to terminal 3 first and from there onto the new terminal, or can the taxi driver go straight to the new terminal? Thanks in advance

The easiest is to take the emirates flight to lisbon and from there take the TAP flight o faro. Alternatively you can also take the train from lisbon.

I went to the Dnata/emirates holiday pharmacy yesterday to pick up my new Anapen. I got given two as the they were aware of the problems with the injectors and told me to use both if the first one did not work within 5 to 10 minutes. They also told me I would be notified once they had the Epipens back in stock to replace the Anapens. So I guess it is a worldwide problem and not just in the UK...

Hello My husband and i have been invited to a brunch at bubbalicious/westin on Friday. However, as we will be 6 adults with no kids, i'm worried we'll be surrounded by screaming kids as the brunch is recommended as family/child friendly. Anyone been? Is it suitable for mid 30s people w no kids?? Thanks in advance

Try the YSL matte primer - works wonders!! Put it on after your face cream, then wait a few minutes and then apply makeup.

Hi all, I am currently a "house wife" (according to my visa ha ha), but I now want to look for a job. I have few questions I hope some of you can help me with. 1. Once I get a job, can I transfer my visa to my new employer or will my husband still be my sponsor? If not, will my husband have to notify the authorities that he will permit me to work? 2. Can i set up a bank account in my own name in a different bank? 3. What is the best recruitment agency for finance/ hedge fund jobs? Thanks in advance

In four weeks I managed to reduce my husbands cholesterol from 7.1 mmol/l to 4.2 mmol/l by doing the following: Cut out red meat completely Cut out all dairy products apart from zero fat yogurts No salt Reduced alchohol consumption Use brown pasta instead of white Eat less egg yolks Remove skin from chicken Eat lots of veggies, fruits, berries, fat fish, olive oil, beans and pulses, pearl barley, whole grains Eat a handful of walnuts every day and drink 3 to four cups of green tea (not black tea)

Coolbabe: yes, I bought it at GNC on SZ road. So far so good, you just sprinkle on EVERYTHING you eat and you find youself eating less but feeling fuller. It is basically supresses your appetite. Sandy_dog: no, you eat what you normally would, but you will eat less of it as your appetite ss supressed. I have not changed my diet. Trick is to eat every 3 hrs to keep your metabolism going and drink lots of water as well. At gnc the cost is 350 dirhams for two months supply

My skin broke out badly afteer 10 days here in dubai. And i have always had perfect skin - like snowwhite perfect (only not so pale haha) The only thing that helped was the following: DO NOT EAT local CHICKEN, EGG and MILk!!!!!!!! They put sooo much hormones in the stuff ( go for imported stuff instead) Once you stop eating this your skin will clear! Do not waste money on derms, new creams, water filter etc

Hello ladies, I hope you guys can provide me with some info here.... Today my husband and I had a meeting with a person from one of the banks in order to set up a bank account in my name. He came to our home as is apparently normal at their banks (?? Not normal in London I tell you...) The first thing I did when he came into our living room was to get up and shake his hand. His reesponse was to giggle (YES GIGGLE) give me the limpest handshake ever and sort of slide backwards away from me... Considering I was not runing around naked, but dressed conservatively I fail to see why he was acting this way? Pardon my french, but WT*?

My dermatalogist mentioned that its to do with how healthy our stomachs are. Our skin is wat we eat..so he added min 2 litres of water in my diet; fresh fruits to start the day with; mild laxative to clean my stomach. With in a month my glow was back...and these days I know if I dont have enuf water my skin gets sensistive. And switched to Neutrogena...all products! Hope you find a good remedy or mix of it to suit your skin...[/ Thanks for the tips, i will defo give it a try. I know i dont drink enough water and my fruit intake is probably too low, so this will be good for me regardless of good/bad skin.
