Hi experienced moms who have thrown bday parties!
I am planning on a CARS themed party and looking for the checkered design ANYTHING! ....i miss the odd shops back home where i could find things in the dollar shops haha... any suggestions where i can look for odd bits n pieces of goodies for the cars themed party?? such as black/white checkered material...papers...plastic cones .... (party zone, various supermarkets and daisos didnt have !) I only managed to find the typical commercialised CARS party supplies! thanks!:D

I'd like to know which schools you would suggest for FS1/KG1, my son just tuned 3 and I am looking into enrolling him so he can start after the summer break in Sept. I am not fussed about whether it is American/Australian/British/IB, all I want is something good with positive feedback from parents and teachers of schools around Mirdif... (however, end of the day, we would be going back to Australia). Also some schools state 3y.o and some 4y.o for FS1/KG1 start.....Does it matter?:S
Any info would be good...from parents/teachers experiences
