Hi, there are lots of threads on this topic in this forum, just search hair loss. There are lost of things that play part in it, It can be stress, hormones, water, luck of some vitamins or not getting enough vitamin D. Try having water filter installed.

You can also take it to the wet and get it cleaned and vaccinated. As long as it is stray they usually only charge some small feel around AED 200, just for material and do the whole lot. We did it with all cats that we found and then donated them to friends :-)

LL has to give you 3 months notice if he wants to increase the rent. You should not have to pay your agent to renew, you might only have to pay some admin charge but definitely not. 5% We used to pay about AE 500 to renew as admin charge.

For electronics I used Carefour online store, Souq.com and another one for specialised products. Carefour I paid with credit card I think and the other two I paid cash on delivery. I had good experience with all of them but you will hear different stories from people. You will probably notice that online shopping here is not as good as in other parts of the world and most stores want cash on delivery but that's how it is :-) I know Geant also sells online but never tried them.

bought 5 spice in Geant. For spices, there is always the Spice market in Deira. Best to get the list from the relocations company but apart from the already mentioned items should not be an issue. Good luck with the move

JBR and Kite beach are both packed at the weekend. During the week is better. There are more amenities and restaurants in JBR. There is also what used to be called the Pallace beach, which I prefer. Less people but no amenities.

I have used both, Amazon international shipping and book depository, depending on the prices for each book. I have had no issues with either. No worries about having 15 books shipped. I have had 20 once and they shipped it no issues :-)

Coverage depends on the type and level of insurance. Mine covers everything but I know that all don't. Hospitals do add everything they can but 19,000 is steep. There is also maternity insurance (not sure what it is called) that you need to pa 6 monts before you get pregnant and then they cover everything. It is quite reasonable.
