Good Habbits is a UAE version of weight watchers. Virtual weigh in sounds like a great idea :-)

They are older Villas so I would suggest to make sure that if there is anything wrong with it, the landlord will fix it and pay for it. Our friends had massive problems with drainage but not sure if it is common issue.

Many places have vouchers in the Entertainer. If on a budget, that's where I start as most of the 5* places offer a nice afternoon tea (without the proper clotted cream though) :-)

I think Dubai Herbal Treatment Center might be a good option for holistic approach. Also a friend of mine has PCOS and goes to Dubai Mall Medical Center and is very happy with it. She has dome acupuncture and also has been going to a nutritionist, which made a massive difference. Controlling stress and limiting dairy and gluten and eating whole foods as supposed to packaged foods. Good luck!

I love them both and they sort of overlap in what they can do in so many things. When it comes to smoothies, especially veg smoothies, which are great for weight loss Vitamix is superior and wish I got it earlier. My DH would never drink green smoothies made in the Thermomix but now he does :-) I make smoothie for breakfast and then also a soup to take to work for lunch. I then use the Thermomix for making dinners. From what you said I would suggest to get the Vitamix first and then you will see if you need the Thermomix, you can always get it later. They are both investment worth every penny :-)

I keep all my fruit and veg in the fridge apart from bananas otherwise have flies or if I leave some food leftovers out. As per the flies in the bathroom, we used to get them, they were coming from the bidet so as long as the lid was on properly it was fine and they were not there.

Call Du or Etisalat first depending on who provides your wifi. You might have already done it. We had the issue with our router and it turned out it was Du's fault....but we already called a guy out and had to pay him...
