When we were contemplating IVF we went to both DFC and Conceive in Sharjah for appointments. Overall I got a better feeling from conceive and we went with them. I found all the staff to be far more helpful. The nurses were very clued up, and the receptionists were excellent which is important as you end up going backwards and forwards a lot. I found the doctor there much more hands on and patient with our questions initially. For example, the doctor at DFC told me to go and get a scan of my ovaries, where as the dr at Conceive did it himself.
Once you are in the system however I did feel like I was a bit on my own. I was seeing dr Ou for acupuncture, and found that to be a great support as she has dealt with many woman going through the process, and guided me as to what to expect. Would highly recommend her! Best to start a few months before you have treatment.
I was incredibly lucky, and we were successful on our first attempt at Conceive in Sharjah.

I have tried to speak with Mitsubishi about installing an Isofix but like many of the other people on the forum they have no clue as to what I am talking about. Does anyone know where I can get the Isofix/Latch installed in my Pajero?
