I spoke to the Rent Committee today and they said no increase and the rental calculator says no increase. The lady on the phone told me to take the rental contract, passport copy and DEWA bill to Rent Committee and open a case. Try calling them 800 4488 but i'm sure they will tell you the same.

Sorry found it now and its working hurray! My LL is asking for a 10% increase in rent but according to the rent calculator he can not ask for an increase as we are already paying market value, should I go back and tell him this, can I rely on this information from the rent calculator?

Thanks Jophiel, I have just tried the link you posted and it states that there are no 3 bed villas in my area! Even though there are plently. I cannot find it on their website either anything else you might suggest?

I recently bought a machine from Jumbo electronics. It's a SONY DVDirect you just plug your camcorder into the machine and it copies onto a disc for you.(You can use it with camcorder, VCR and digital cameras) Well worth the money.

We had this done last year and I'm not very helpful as I cannot for the life of me remember exactly where the clinic was, it was somewhere in Bur Dubai I think. This is the only clinic that administers the injection. If you call Dubai London Clinic at Festival City and speak to one of the nurses they know which one it is - hope this helps
