Ok so I drove to Al Hayer, Al Ain, they checked the car, asked me a couple of questions, like where I was on Thursday night, who I was with, have I ever been in al ain etc, they gave me a clearance certificate and old me to keep it on me at all times incase I get stopped. Stressed over nothing as usual!! <em>edited by candyfloss on 04/06/2012</em>

Of course kids will be kids and stuff like that happens, but over here it is clearly just laziness from the parents part! They are allowing their kids to jump, stand and play in cars! I have even seen a child with his head out the sun roof while dad was zooming down JBR!! From someone who has lost a baby, I get very very angry I could swear them blind! They are so precious and innocent, i just wish parents would think twice, what is more difficult, strapping them in or planning their funeral after a tragedy, that they will surely regret!

I was thinking of keeping a box of tweezers in my car and when I see this, stop and pass one onto the mother and say, "thats to peel your child off your windscreen/dashboard, if God forbid you get into a accident! Cause you will be safe as YOU HAVE YOUR SEAT BELT ON!" Why on earth do they strap themselves in but not their kids <em>edited by candyfloss on 29/05/2012</em>

Hi Debby, I just spoke to him and he said he is happy to meet with you to give you a initial consultation(free of course) to see what your exact goals etc are. If you feel he is the right person for you, you can then decide. His rates are competitive and is happy to negotiate a Package long term deal. I don't want to post his details here so please email me and I can give you a link to his website and contact details.

hi coffee_mate my budget is around 150 to be honest kb28, following my previous post, the going rate for a PT is 250 AED ph/session however it would depend on the amount of sessions/package you buy, based on your needs, how many kgs you need to lose etc. I originally bought a 3 month package, to train 3x pw so I paid 180 AED ph, so i paid about 6k for the 3 month program which included a guided diet plan, which was changed every month, again according to my weight loss needs. After I started seeing the results, I again booked him for another 3 months at a lower price given before and so forth. Im sure you could negotiate to get your budget price if you go for a package. Goodluck :)

His charges range, depending on what your needs are, eg diet plan and how many sessions you will require to get to your goal weight. As mentioned before you could give him a call, he is very friendly and will be happy to give you advise over the phone. He will do an initial assesment with you, find out what your needs are and from their you could always negotiate a package price with him. It all depends on if he comes to you or you come to him aswell. Give him a shout :) he is a lovely professional guy and will be happy to answer any questions you might have Goodluck <em>edited by candyfloss on 10/03/2012</em>

I have lost a total of 25 kgs since April last year, I would recommend that you get a personal trainer who is also a certified dietician, the reason is when you have large amounts of weight to lose it’s always best to exercise aswell, besides the obvious health benefits it also helps you burn the FAT and not just lose excess water, which is quite often the case with crash dieting, the first few kilos lost are purely water retention weight and when you stop dieting and go back to normal eating, you start to store excess water again resulting in an increase in weight again. A certified personal trainer will do an entire weight loss program for you which will include exercise, diet and also natural supplements that will help you burn the fat and feed the muscles. I would like to add that I could not even walk 2kms on a treadmill one year ago and this year I can easily jog flat out for 12kms. Another thing to remember is that if you lose 40kgs you will surely have excess skin and the best way to avoid this as much as possible is to exercise, but not just cardio but free weight training as this will help tighten the skin as you progressively lose the weight. Let me know if you want the details of my ‘Coach’ personal trainer, he has truly changed my life!! Good luck, it is possible and once you start seeing the initial results, this will be your BEST motivation to keep pushing yourself.

I had GREAT results with my PT, he is licensed and is flexible on timings etc and your budget. He is very professional and is serious about what you want to achieve, I know a few people he has trained and done diet plans for and they have all shown phenominal results. Abdel 055 6034558 Oh and i have to mention that he actually won Bachelor of the year with the cosmopolitan :) so not too bad on the eyes either... http://www.fitnessbysaudi.com/index.php?pg=trainer <em>edited by candyfloss on 29/01/2012</em>

Hi, and here's the fourth :) I had root canal done in SA on one of my top upper teeth and to my dismay it was turning brown after a couple of months, started to really bother me and i was beginning to be ashamed of my smile. Not sure is this is the same issues that you have?? Anyway,I recently went to the dentist for my wisdoms and he pointed out that it was discoloured, he said he would be able to fix it without any of your mentioned procedures. He drilled a hole into the tooth and put a bleach iagent or something nside, i had to leave it for about a week, at first i was skeptical but OMG!! what a difference, the tooth looks perfect now, its whiter than all the others. What are your main concerns regarding the tooth?

Firstly, congrats on your engagement:) I recently designed invites for someone and they came out fab!! The basic idea was that we bought slabs of Lindt chocolate, and redsigned the box wrapping as the invite. The choc is wrapped in foil inside so we were able to take them out and put them in the new wrapping safely. You can name the choc anything you like, put a pic of you and your future DH, at the back is where you can get very creative. Some things i did were: The bar code was the RSVP number Ingredients: 3 spoons affection, I cup trust, 2 scoops forgiveness, one heap of faith and endless love Recipe: Mix love and affetcion, flavour with forgiveness, stir in faith and garnish with frienda and family. the production/expiry date etc, is the date and time of your wedding/reception The ideas and choice are endless and best thing is the chocs only cost 10 AED each... edited by candyflosss on 15/08/2011 <em>edited by candyfloss on 15/08/2011</em>
