Cheap tickets Im not sure. But you should be able to rent an SUV for a good price from Carfare. They have an office in media city.

Try the phone shops in Satwa. They pretty much fix anything and everything. There is an istore here in Dubai mall isn't there... They should be able to help too...

Oops :) My bad. I meant close to DIFC, Emirates towers area. The closer to home the better!

Anyone know where in Dubai you can get this? I've tried the usual supermarkets and the organic store but no luck!

Funny that.. I also burned myself with the curling iron, my new toy, but luckily on my hand. Used a bit of Aloe vera gel for a few days and it seemed to have faded really well. I burnt both my hand and my face :) There is no mark on my hand though . And I haven't touched the iron since!! I think its just not meant for me :)

In that case really it's still healing, just cover it with a non irritating concealer and let your body do its thing. I wouldn't go applying bleaching creams to such delicate skin and its too late for mebo etc as the skin is already closed over. Thanks kiwispiers... I will try and be patient a little longer.

I've been wanting to go here as I have the entertainer vouchers. Is that also valid for all 3 restaurants ?

Its not a scab.. just a dark mark on the spot. And where can I find mebo? At a pharmacy or any supermarket?

Nope this cost is not paid for by the company in most cases but there might be a few exceptions. However it is optional and they are not obligated to do this.

Thanks Ladies.. I've tried Aloe and well I must admit I am not being too patient :) I've not heard of silicone scar gel .. will try looking for that and mebo.. And yes the bio oil really was a waste of money.

Try Little Discoverers in Safa. They have an interesting timetable so the children get to try different activities and they have gym , arts and crafts as part of this. They also offer lots of extra classes like ballet, music and even chess for the FS1 children. My Lo has settled in very well and I like that the head teacher and staff are always available for anxious parents such as myself :)

Oh my. I've had this and it can be really frustrating. What helped me was applying a mild heating balm like tiger balm on axe oil on my legs and wrapping them up to keep nice and warm. Also a hot water bottle as it will help with the numb feeling. Hope this helps you .

Organic store SZR might have it. I have recently started on the almond milk from them ! Takes a bit of getting used to! But yes would love to know what you will be using almond butter for !

I have enrolled my LO at this nursery for April. I understand your stress :) Believe me I did the rounds as well! For me this nursery ticked the boxes mainly because it is still small and not over crowded. Also the head teacher Maria was very friendly and forthcoming. I visited the nursery 3 times before I decided so I met the staff and only decided once I was comfortable with the whole set up. From Marina that's quite a drive for you. If you want something closer - have you checked any of the nurseries in JLT? That might be a little closer to your end of town.

I saw some nice villas in the springs. Rents are not too bad in that area. If you want to be in the heart of Dubai you can try sheikh zayed road. Lots of appartments. But rents are going up :(

I think any food comes with its share of problems. The recent horse meat controversy was quite an eye opener. Vegetables -make sure they are given a good wash and the hope for the best :)
