Thank you for that information Oopsiedaisy. Very helpful. I now have a quote of AED 675. Prior to that I was receiving quotes of AED15,000 - 21,000! Appreciate if you could pls let me know of the Insurance company you got this quote from for Dhs 675 as I wish to purchase one for my maid. Thanks very much.

I too am keen to know if anyone knows where to order such a ramp - we need one for our son's wheelchair to move it in and out of the pajero boot. There are car dealers in Germany and USA who can deliver but this works out very expensive. Anyone with ideas, pz let us know - reachable on 0503409010. Thanks.

Do you know if this charitable orgn can arrange for adult diapers for my son who is a quadriplegic - We need adult diapers (at least one to two per day) for our 22 yr old quadriplegic son who is on a wheelchair and prone to pressure sores.
