Hi Guys, My Filipino maid visa ends on May 11. When i Google for the process of renewal, the visa fee is really conflicting. Some forum says in Abu Dhabi it depends on the salary of the maid. Not like in Dubai they have a standard fee. I am paying 1500 dhs salary for her. So how much will be the fee for renewing the visa? Is it around 6000 dhs or i have to pay 1500 * 12 times as fee? And also do they have a 30 days grace period for renewing their visa after the visa expiry date? Anyone who recently renewed their maids visa can help me on this. I am really confused and please help me. Thank you in advance.

Hi Bblue, yes i am getting replies for my other post. But i am also trying my luck for other options. If ever i cannot sponsor a maid visa because of my one bedroom flat, the nanny agencies might help out.

Hi Meagle, I am meeting all other requirements, except this two bed room. Thats why i am ready to sponsor a live out maid. So if i pay 2500dhs as her salary, will dubai immigration approve for my visa?

Hi guys, Good day to you all. Me and my husband are staying in a one bed room flat. Now we are in a situation to get a maid for our 1 year old baby. So my question is how to get a maid visa if we stay in a one bedroom flat? Is there a possiblity to get a maid visa? Thanks in advance :) Hi. Two choices - if you have the room within your flat (although not sure you do with 1 bed), you an sponsor a live in maid otherwise, you will need to sponsor a live out - approximately AED2,500 per month (salary only that is) - other costs are on top edited by bblue on 29/05/2013 Hi BBlue, Thanks for the reply. But even i am ready to shoulder my maids accomodation as a live out maid do you think still the dubai immigration will approve for my sponsorship?
