I would also recommend Dr. Josza! I delivered 4 weeks ago with him at City and he was fantastic. As we're all the midwives at city may I add :) Very pro natural and did everything he could to help me have the birth I wanted. Bubs needed to be suctioned in the end as she needed a little help to make an appearance but no csection. He was fantastic from start to finish. Professional and patient and always ready to answer any question no matter how neurotic :) i would totally recommend him and HealthBay! Best of luck with your pregnancy. edited by Charlieb on 23/09/2012

Hi CABear If there are any of those items still available - in particular the breast pump and storage bags - I would be very interested. Due to give birth to a little girl in 2 weeks and they would be very much appreciated :) Thanks :) edited by Charlieb on 19/08/2012

Hi Ladies, how are all the August mum to be's? Ive been away for a few weeks but am back now and can't get over the heat. Phew! I am trying to get used to having permanent clown feet and hands with the swelling. I'm getting big at six weeks to go...apart from being sooooo tired from not sleeping at night, I'm feeling pretty good :) Moving apt next week tho so busy couple of weeks ahead. Just wanted to wish everyone a good last few weeks...looking forward to hearing about all the new arrivals!! :)

Recent update from a colleague that was speaking to the DHA today is that those on MOH licenses who work in the private sector will no longer be able to work in Dubai from the agreed date in the notification. Those on DHA licenses are not affected. I am assuming the aim is to get all those on MOH licenses to switch over to DHA if they are working in Dubai?????! It's still very unclear though.....will update again if I can find out anything further. The lack of clear information is so frustrating!!!!!!!

Hugsys my doc is in healthbay but devlievs at City so haven't been to visit the hospital yet as all my apts are at the clinic. They've just started public 'drop in' visits on Fridays tho so i am thinking of heading to one of them this weekend. Our doc does his own 3d scans so can't help on where to go i'm afraid. Only place I know is the Fetal Medical Centre but I believe they are quite pricey :( which doc are you with? Can they give any recommendations if they can't offer you one? Maybe do a search on here, it might give you some suggestions.......and yep, my bump seems to have ballooned in the past two weeks. I can still see and reach my toes though so that's something haha....although not for much longer at this rate. Pilatesmama, my bubs definitely has days where she's really really active and then others that are quieter. Have always felt something at some point in the day for the last 2 months or so though so would definitely call your doc if you are worried, if nothing else they will be able to put your mind at ease!

Hi ladies :) Big wave back at Flower33.So sorry to hear about your scare but very glad the bed rest is helping! Hope you can continue getting lots of rest. Thinking of you and wishing you and bubs a safe and healthy last trimester.... So I'm 27 weeks now and due on the 28th August delivering at City. Great that there's an August thread now. Thanks for starting it Hugsys. It's our first baby as well, very exciting. Its a little girl for us so we're on team pink! Looking forward to connecting with some other August mums to be :)

TaraK, just to let you know I've been with Dr. Josza now from the beginning of my pregnancy -i'm now 25weeks- at Health bay and he's been fantastic. I haven't seen many recent comments about him so just thought i'd let you know that so far we've had a great experience with him. He's German trained. Efficient, to the point, always ready to answer any questions and seems to know his stuff. He's doesn't go in for chit chat much which suits me but he has always very calm and friendly and has been very thorough at all of my appointments. He delivers at City. A friend of a friend had him when she delivered her twins last year and recommended him to me and so far we've been very happy. Just thought i'd let you know my experience with him. As i said, not very much recent info about him on EW to be found. Best of luck with the rest of your pregnancy :)

Hi Flowers33 It is pink and white...I think that may be standard as both the dopplers i have are the same colour. edited by Charlieb on 21/03/2012
