Hi, I'm expecting in 4 weeks and took an excellent international insurance to cover my maternity's cost. My doctor sent all documents to the City Hospital for insurance pre-approval and after following up and calling them many times (sending and re-sending the documents), the insurance department of the City told me that they are not accepting any pre-approval from my insurance (DKV Globality, an insurance in Luxemburg).
It seems to be that they don't want to bother too much with paperworks...
Anyone had the same issue with the City Hospital or with this insurance?
