they deliver.... thats the only way i do it i drove once with DH and some friends and felt very nervous. definitely not worth the high blood pressure cant remember the website, i'm sure if u google it'll come up minimum spend of 1500dhs, but if u have a group of u, its not that much and they sometimes give u a free bottle of something as a gesture just make sure u have a licence for your home.

Some would say i am well blessed in the boob dept, and obviously they r getting bigger.... at 30 weeks, both r growing at a rapid rate....and so is my back ache! :( i have been refitted for bras, have all the loose fitting clothing that i can buy in the shops.....have seen the back support things around town, but as bump doesnt really like any pressure on the tummy area, i am at a loss. my hot waterbottle is my best friend at work and home.... oh and i do prenatal yoga...and yes have done all the weird poses at home too, and hubby has massaged me.... everything above helps for a short period of time, but am looking for something a little more long term...or at least to get me through the work day... IDEAS?

yep was gonna say the same thing, she really needs to develop an enjoyment of reading.... reading by syllables will confuse her if the nursery are teaching phonics. phonics programmes these days really are very effective...and it focusses on the children actually understanding sounds, graphemes and words around them...a much higher success rate. may i ask why your are not convinced? it just may be that your DD is not ready to be exposed to learning to read yet, she still is very young. some chn r ready now, some later. when she is ready, she will flourish, dont worry. u dont want to kill the enjoyment of reading. but yes, the bbc websites r excellent. as is ictgames.com

carrot and ginger soup boil a bunch of carrots in a veg stock. when u food process put a couple of bits of ginger (to your personal taste) quick and easy, but the ginger is also therapeutic for colds. u can add a tsp or so of turmeric for antibiotic qualities if u wish super tasty edited by Clever Bubbles on 06/01/2011 for ridiculous amounts of spelling errors! edited by Clever Bubbles on 06/01/2011

Mine are 6 and under so the 2 little ones finish at 12.30...far too early! It's a mad rush to get out the door in the morns too as they hate waking up so early, mini teenagers! scientifically been proven somewhere (although cant remember where) that children's maximum learning happens between 8am-10am.... obviously staying past 12.30 would be too log for the little ones, no? its about their development, not pick-up convenience, no? :)

dr didnt explain about taking me off the glucophage...and with the information overload that i got at the doc, i forgot to ask.... from internet research that i have done, its ok to take glucophage during pregnancy, no side effects etc so am a little confused before i fell pregnant my type 2 was just undercontrol with the tabs n exercise and healthier choices.... will increase the exercise eagain, as with work pressures i have let it slip a little.... but i am so worried :(
