I presume you know that you don't have to leave the property? If not, speak to rental dispute centre. The new owner has to take you on under same contract terms, and can only personally move in after giving you 12 Months notice. Good luck!

Remember that even if the landlord wants to sell, the new Owner must give 12 Months notice for you to vacate if he/she is buying it to move in. If they are buying as an investment, then the contract and terms must remain the same as now i.e no increase, or less cheques etc....

It's rediculous! I have not had to register mine before, but have been asked to do so before the end of this Month. The annoying thing is, I only recently had to give them my valid I.D to get a nano SIM for new phone, and Visa/I.D are still valid until 2017.....?!?! You would think they would manage to link it all to the account. I have had the same number for over 7 years and pay Monthly online.

Without a doubt.....I second Real Pilates. I tried JBR and even their machines are not to the same quality/standard. The staff are ten times better too!
