I am on an exercise kick at the mo.eating healthily and doing bootcamp twice a week and running on treadmill twice a week for 7 k each time;Now the prob is I am losing a few inches havent weighed myself yet.BUT I cannot get rid of this mummy belly;I really want to get down by summer sounds shallow I know but would love to be toned before I go home for the summer;I was thinking of doing a protein diet to burn fat but I only eat white meat and fish so do u think I could last?I would be greatful for some advice on this or if anyone could send me on some recipes cos I am a lazy cow and making out diet plans is hopeless for me I just need something which says this for brekkie ,this for lunch etc... I apoligise for anytyping mistakes here but my DD has mashed banana into my keyboard but thats another story lol TIA

Just thought some computers hava an automatic finder in them;when I google something most things enter automatically as soon as I enter the first letter....;And if his IP address is in abu dhabi it will automatically put in places and things of reference to there...So be careful Iwouldnt go and accuse him of an affair over those facts

sounds like dermatitis.I used to suffer with it a lot...;I found nutregena concentrate hand cream the best and its waterproof.other than that make sure u dont put your hands in water use rubber gloves always and throughly dry them.Other than that I also have a nickel allergy maybe couldbe something u are wearing.I find if I wear anything with nickel it itchs crazy first then goes into a rash which weeps and bleeds.Can only wear gold..lucky me:)

Organic is fine I used to do my hair all the time when I was pregnant!!!I used to be a hairdresser;Only prob used to be with perms they wouldnt take sometimes if someone was pregnant and noone gets them now:)

i did....made it right then spilt hot batter on my hand while i tended to that the plastic spatula melted on the gas ring sending nice smell of burn through house...so left with a huge blister which is probably going to scar me for life....oh will remind me of my first pancake day in dubai:)

i think u have to laugh it off cos I used to get upset about it but realised its their problem... Worst I got was one time in uk which is totally integrated was at a baby group with my two kids and one child has darker complexion than other and this cow came up to me and asked did they have the same father..... My jaw dropped cos had never even spoke to woman and said Emmm not sure cos I dont know who their fathers are was worth it to see her jaw drop and she couldnt get away fast enough;)
