Certainly look my age, probably older - but have had a good life & enjoy my cigs & a glass of red - I worked with a stunning lady in London who had hardly aged since she was 16 - 52 (when I knew her - proof in a photo montage) but then she had never see the sun, enjoyed a glass of vino & certainly never smoked or stayed up after 9pm :)
I enjoy an evening out and quite often will have someone half my age chatting away to me. I think if you love yourself & love life it show's - it's not always what's on the outside that counts.
