Hi juzzrach, I make a variety of muesli called Bircher Muesli that has been made by a Swiss healthclinic/sanatorium. As to proportions, I take the rule of thumb, such as: 6 handfuls of oat, a handful each of grated hazelnut, almonds, walnuts, half a handful of pumpkin & sunflower seeds. The Bircher Muesli does not use dried fruit, only fresh: grated apple, sliced banana, segmented orange/grapefruit, any berries. Instead of milk I use diluted live yoghurt, and because of the sweetness of fresh fruit no sugar is needed. Bon apetit...

Speaking as an ex-real estate agent, in earlier years of the real estate boom (when vacant property was scarce) we would ask for a (non-refundable) deposit to secure (and hold) the apartment until a contract was signed, and then it was turned into a refundable security deposit to the held by the landlord until the end of tenancy. In these days of abundant property vacancies, of course, this does no longer make sense. As this scam agent still appears to continue working, I would suggest to report this matter to the police in addition to RERA.

Hersay, here's a bit of a sensitive thought: don't know your age; might you have possibly entered the peri-menopause stage (can start as early as the 40's) - lots of things change then...

Lack of sleep... ruins your life. Think you may have startet on the right track with avoiding coffee and alcohol, but there are many more foods/drinks we take that will keep one from sleeping. Why not keep a record of all your intake, however innocent it might look (such as green/black tea, a bite of chocolate, for instance), and talk to a nutritionist/or research the subject on the internet? In the meantime, perhaps you could try two drops of Lavender essential oil (pure) on your pillow? Wishing you sweet dreams...

No, Sophia, I haven't - have you? Many of these almost unknown countries from behind the (previous) iron curtain are said to be so beautiful. I think I'd love to take a trip there...

sparklepunk, a favorite of mine against envy, jealousy and plain negative/evil energies is the labradorite. Also good would be a black tourmaline or a black obsidian.
