I went to The Nail Spa in Mercato yesterday to have my treatments done and I was so surprised when upon my payment I was told that I would get a 25% off on all my treatments. I thought it’s their Anniversary because they surprised all the clients who booked yesterday then the receptionist told me that it’s their promotion of the month. They informed me it’s on their website and that their monthly promotions are posted there. I looked at it last night and I learned that they have 3 promotions running for the month…very exciting, huh?... I think it was my lucky day yesterday because I also registered online and there is a 20%discount voucher for the Manicure upon registration…:):)

during my first visit on their branch at Mercato, I was given a loyalty card and they explained to me how it works. They told me that the card is valid from the first date of my treatment and if I reach 850Dhs I would get a treatment then 2 treatments upon reaching 1400Dhs. Also they explained about reaching for membership which requires 5500Dhs, then I would get 15% discount and other benefits. I’m checking my card now as I am writing this and all the information they gave is in there. Maybe you can ask one of their receptionists to explain everything to you. Or check their website, there’s a field where you can send your feedback. I hope that helps..:D

i am new to Dubai and i just recently went to Mercato and i came to a spa that i think just newly opened. i always love to do my nails and am very particular with service and hygiene. when i was there( i am having gel nails for the last 2 years), they offered me a personal kit for my hands and they also told me that i can have the same for my feet, which i think is very good if we are talking about infections and all. while i was there, i keenly observed their procedure and i found it very professional. they even asked me what shape i liked. best of all, the nail therapist didn't cut my cuticles and the sides of my nails( for my pedicure), she gently pushed them back(which i preferred to avoid ingrown nails).”
