Hi! Could someone please clarify what 'hall' means in context of 2 bedroom plus hall on the title deeds of a villa? We are currently in dispute with LL on rent increase - RERA calculator says no increase. Villa is a 2 bed plus study (all upstairs) and LL claims RERA has confirmed to him that he can charge this as a 3 bedroom!! Can this be true? Thanks for any advice!

This is an absolutely ridiculous move by the RTA, none of which live here I presume! I rent in the Ranches at the moment, but If I owned a property here and paid the services charges, I'd be livid. I've already voiced my opinion to both the RTA and Emaar and now it's time for the rest of the affected residents to voice their opinion. Arabian Ranches is a choice for most due to the fact that it is one of the few communities that is actually completed in Dubai and now we are being set back because of an up grade to the Al Qudra road?????? DUBAI LAND IS ON HOLD PEOPLE, why do we need to upgrade the Al Qudra rd, it's fine having to beautifully finished roads leading to the desert and no where else. Sue62, what are you thinking??????????
