Me and my husband moved to Dubia with our two children a few years back, in very similar circumstances to you. My children adjusted fine and are really enjoying life out here. And when it come to costs, just like any other places its just about hunting around for barginings.

I'd recommend Megastitch Tailoring, they did a great job and where very speedy. And where reasonably priced (Obviously prices depend on what you want doing). Looking at google they have some pretty good reviews ( 4.1 / 5 ).
