I have seen them at Lulu's Al Gharafa upstairs in the section where they sell bedding, home goods, etc. I also saw them at Ramez (the shop in the petrol station across from Landmark) also upstairs near the bedding. HTH.

Sorry Piggle didn't mean to scare you! If it makes you feel any better, I felt that some parts of Level 2 on 30 DS were actually more difficult than some Level 3 moves :\: And it does get easier as you progress :) I'm taking a break today as my arms are sore from being in plank so long yesterday :( But as JM says, if you want results, they aren't coming for free!

I just did day one of Week 2 on Ripped in 30 and I feel the same way you do Piggle-she does the FULL 2 minutes of cardio in the plank position :\: I hate planks!! I definitely phoned that part in :( I have done her Yoga DVD and it is hard (I don't think any JM DVD's are easy!!) We're waiting for you Cyclone T :D

Thanks for all the encouragement Ladies :) I couldn't have done it without the help of this forum! Thank you Cyclone T for getting me started, my 30 DS DVD was collecting dust for a long time until I started reading this thread ;) Now it's become an addiction (hard to believe :D) Hope you are recovering well and will soon be joining us again! @Sharpie: Glad to see you are still here! I must admit I am a Jillian fan even if it is a love/hate relationship ;)

Hi Piggle, I posted my results after finishing the Shred and I lost 3 pounds (which was significant for me as I need to lose 15-20 pounds and it's been difficult losing anything, and I'm **hoping** I gained some muscle too ;) I lost 5cm in my waist and 7cm in my stomach! The big difference I noticed was the way my clothes fit :D I own almost all of Jillian's DVD's but I do find her 40-60min ones very difficult. I like the Shred and Ripped in 30 because it's only 30 minutes ;) Another one I like is 6 week 6 pack. I think Ripped in 30 is my current favorite though :D I just finished the 1st week of it and had a peek at week 2 and it looks scary

Hi Piggle, I'm doing Ripped in 30 too and after having completed the 30 DS right before starting it, I though level 1 would be a piece of cake...WRONG! I have one more day of week 1 and then on to week 2 :\: Week 1 has gotten easier though so there is hope ;) BTW are we the only Shred Heads left?? Where is everyone???

I'm right there with you Piggle, I'm still looking for the day when I can do a "real" push-up. I am finding the push-ups on my knees getting easier though....so maybe there is hope ;)

Today was my second day doing Jillian's new DVD, Ripped in 30. It is very similar to the 30DS as she uses her 3-2-1 system and some of the moves are the same but I would have to say this one is harder (and this is only week 1 :\: ) This one also has 4 levels and you are supposed to spend a week on each level. Will keep you all posted.....:)

CheekyB you are right about it being a KILLER!! Yes it's 30 minutes but it goes by super fast because she does NOT stop like she does in 30 day shred to explain, she goes from one move to another but explains the moves as she's doing them. But as Jillian says, six packs don't come for free :D

DesertRain: I got the 6 week 6 pack in the US, have you tried googling it to see if you can download it from somewhere? It really is intense, I think you would like it if you like the 30 day Shred :\:

GreenQueen that's interesting, I had no trouble downloading the meal plan. I can *try*to email it to you if you want. I started 6 week 6 pack yesterday and it is INTENSE! It is very fast paced, but I'm hoping there will be some results after 6 weeks :\:

I hear you about the socialising rudolph! I'm having the exact same issue, and I think my results would have been a lot better if my eating habits were improved. But oh well, I guess it's better than eating and not shredding ;) I'm happy :)

Hi rudolph! I'm still plodding along...forgot to update on my results from the first 30 days: I need to lose about 15-20 pounds to reach my ideal weight and it has been HARD after having 4 kids!! Weight loss: 3 pounds (not much I know, but it's a lot for me as I've been trying to lose these last pounds for about 2 years!) I'm thinking I probably gained muscle too, so even better :) Waist: 5cm lost! Stomach: 7cm lost! The biggest difference is the way my clothes fit and I feel so much better! I hate doing every minute of the Shred, but I'm sooooooo happy when it's over. Thanks to all of you for all of your inspiration and support!! :) Will keep you posted as I continue plodding along...

Day 3 Level 2 done! Plank poses seem to be getting easier but I still HATE them!!! I agree with DubaiCat, the workout seems so much harder if you miss a day or a few days :P
