Ok so to explain more I have to visit saudi regularly and when i am in the airport lounge waiting to come back to Dubai do I have to wear it then? I don't mean any offence but the head scarf really gives me a head ache and by the end of the day I just want to whip it off. so trying to work out at what point i can take it off. in the lounge? on the plane? I saw a few ladies this time with no abaya or headscarf at all in the airport and some just with the scarf round their neck. I always seem to get different answers from the people I ask there. is it law? is it not law? I am so confused. I am of course modestly dressed at all times just need to know when to cover when to not. Jeddah seems more relaxed than Riyadh and again I get mixed answers to the question. don't want to cause offence or get in trouble but by the end of a 3 day trip i can't wait to take it all off

It's so stressful especially if you're trying to work at the same time as having visitors. are they super needy when they come over here do you think or are we just being super protetctive? why can't we just say here's the Careem number here's a map, here's a list of things to do, here's a phone now off you go? we'd do it when visiting another country wouldn't we?

What's a POA in this circumstance? do you mean agent or landlord's rep? Power of Attorney? A POA would be working on your behalf wouldn't they? Anyway probably best to ask how long it will take after you move out and stay in a cheap hotel or something for a couple of days to make sure you get the money.

I never use it. Too scared. I tried once but really felt like I wasn't actually "driving" the car anymore. It's a no from me!

Al Qudra! I love it up there. now they've banned dogs and barbqs and camping it is returning to its beauty. I love visiting the ducks, geese and swans that are in the first lake. You really feel like you are not in Dubai. Now that Last Exit has opened there you can get nice food and a drink as well. Please keep it clean and don't wreck the place if you do go and visit it's a literal oasis in the desert

I stopped being a free Airbnb, only parents allowed.
That's hilarious and a great idea

Well I can see your point but this region is not dog friendly as a whole and irresponsible owners ruin it.. I wish all dogs were banned here actually. That would stop the illegal trade and puppy farming. It's too hot for most dogs, nowhere to run around, not welcome in 95% of public spaces etc. so don't get/ bring a dog here. any time I've spoke to an owner either about poop or off the lead they either have a go at me or just ignore. I've given up now and want to take a different kind of action by reporting them to somewhere.

I agree. I have seen some really bad manoeuvres this week. (I can't seem to spell that word but you know what I mean) I really hate it when people drive with their hazard lights on. you can't tell if they are turning or not. And also no lights in the fog : (

It makes a change from constant sunshine though. At least we are not snowed in like UK!
